Dr. Sherif Boctor

Dr. Boctor obtained his veterinary degree in 1996. He and his family moved to Canada in 2003; and he started practicing small animal medicine in 2004.
Dr. Boctor enjoys practicing medicine, and finds the most satisfaction in performing surgical dental procedures.
In his leisure time he enjoys playing squash and basketball with his friends and family, and spending time with his 2 cats – Roo and Logi.
Roo and Logi had come to spend “just the weekend” with Dr. Boctor while they were waiting to get adopted; but the girls decided that they had found their forever home with the Boctor family and never left.
Dr. Boctor’s goal is simple: “treat my patients as if they are my own.’

Julie was born and raised in Edmonton.

She graduated from NAIT in 1992.
Her focus has always been in small animals though she has dabbled in some large animal medicine.
She loves all creatures great and small and enjoys every aspect of her job.
She currently lives outside of Stony Plain with her two lovely daughters and variety of furry friends.

Lana graduated from the Animal Health Technology Program at Fairview College in 1996.  She grew up on a farm and had a purebred herd of Gelbvieh Cattle until 2003 when her parents sold the farm and dispersed their herd.  She started in a mixed animal practice after graduation but soon decided that it was not what she wanted to specialize in.

Lana then moved into Edmonton in 1997 and has been working in companion animal medicine since.  She has also been working part time at an Emergency Clinic since January 2010.  She works there on weekends and weekday’s at Chappelle.  The experience at the emergency clinic has enhanced her skills as a Technologist and has exposed her to many different conditions that we may not see in Regular Practice.

Lana has an older cat named Squeak and a young dog named Isla, who is a Labradoodle that has a lot of energy.  She has travelled to many different countries and would like to continue to see more.

Devyn is from Beaumont Alberta. She started working in a Veterinary clinic in 2017 and quickly realized that she wanted to become a registered veterinary technologist.
She graduated from North Western Polytechnic College in 2023. Devyn has a small terrier mix named Jax and in her free time enjoys hiking and relaxing at home

Collen Cope

Over her long career, Colleen has had the privilege to work with farm animals, companion animals, exotic and even a few creatures from the zoo. She also spent many years teaching animal health at 2 different colleges. Colleen is very excited to be back in practice and working with furry family members and their pawrents. In her spare time, Colleen enjoys spending time at the lake with her partner and her two dogs Tilly and Pugnelope. She also has a crazy cat named Wiggles who is sure that he hasn’t been fed yet.
